KERST
OPTREDENS IN KERSTTIJD
Ron is van beroep servicemedewerker bij de Nederlandse Spoorwegen. Rond kersttijd heeft Ron jarenlang geregeld de mooiste kersthits live gezongen op verschillende NS-stations. Dit werd op ludieke wijze gedaan in zijn NS-uniform en voornamelijk in Amsterdam en omgeving.
KERSTHITS
Ron vertolkte o.a. de volgende liedjes: Happy Xmas, Drivin´ Home For Christmas, Last Xmas, Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas, Do They Know It´s Christmas, Wonderful Christmas Time, White Christmas, Thank God It´s Christmas, Merry Christmas Everyone, Lonely This Christmas, Winter Wonderland en Jingle Bell Rock.

Het zingen van deze kersthits gebeurde op de stations Amsterdam Zuid, Amsterdam Amstel, Haarlem, Almere Centrum en Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA. Het optreden op laatstgenoemd station (foto boven) kwam zelfs voorbij op de Amsterdamse zender AT5.

TOP 2000
Tussen kerst en oud en nieuw wordt ieder jaar de Top 2000 uitgezonden door Radio 2. Met de formatie Shoreline speelt Ron veel nummers uit die Top 2000. En dit is tevens het geval bij zijn solo-optredens en met de duo´s The Red Lions en Zo Goed Als Nieuw.
